Occasionally, by-laws established by municipalities do not allow for different uses and/or has zoning provisions to which the project does not conform. Applying for a minor variance can excuse you from a specific requirement of the by-law and allow you to obtain a permit. Should a modification be required, our team takes care of working with planners to obtain the necessary modification to the zoning by-law.
